Seven steps to planning a Tepee Tribe party

1. Decide on Your Budget
2. Check Room Layout: Refer to our guide to determine space needed and how many tepees fit.
3. Choose Your Package: Details are available below.
4. Select Your Theme
5. Fill Out a Booking Form: Alternatively, contact us via WhatsApp at 97544081 for quick answers. Note: Bookings are only processed through the form.
6. Booking Confirmation: We’ll confirm your booking and invoice you. A $1000 upfront deposit is required to reserve your date, refundable after the party. Full payment is due five days before the event.
7. Setup: We’ll arrive to set up your chosen theme at a pre-arranged time. Collection details will also be discussed.

For a hassle-free sleepover party, we can even provide party favours! Just have the children bring their own pillows.
Note: We do not move furniture; please clear the space before our arrival.
When inviting guests, remember that smaller groups can be more manageable. Consider your space and the dynamics—inviting familiar friends can create a more enjoyable experience. We aim to make planning your child’s party stress-free, ensuring a memorable occasion for everyone involved!

We don’t deliver to any islands or Ma Wan. Lantau we can deliver to.  Base Packages   - Includes setup and teardown by one staff member. Package for 3 Tepees: $3,900 Package for 4 Tepees: $4,100 Package for 5 Tepees: $4,500 Package for 6 Tepees: $4,900 Additional Tepees Extra Tepee: $400 each. Applies to any tepee beyond the initial package.

Set up fees 2 to 6 Tepees Setup Fee: $0 Staff Required: 1 staff member. 7 to 9 Tepees:  Setup Fee: an additional $800 Staff Required: 1/2 staff members dependent on location and accessibility. 10 to 14 Tepees: Setup Fee: an additional $1,600 Staff Required: 2/3 staff members. ​ 15 Tepees or More: Setup Fee: an additional $1,800 Staff Required: 3 staff members.

Pickup Options Standard Pickup (Saturday or Monday):   - For 3 to 6 Tepees: $0   - For 7 to 9 Tepees: $200 (requires larger van)   - For 10 to 14 Tepees: $500 (requires more staff and a larger van)   - For 15 Tepees or More: $800 (requires more staff and a larger van) Sunday or Public Holiday Pickup:   - For 3 to 6 Tepees: $1,000   - For 7 to 9 Tepees: $1,000 (requires larger van)   - For 10 to 14 Tepees: $1,200 (requires more staff and a larger van)   - For 15 Tepees or More: $1,500 (requires more staff and a larger van)

Example Pricing Scenarios 1. Party with 3 Tepees (Standard Pickup):    - Total Cost: $3,900 (base package, no additional fees) 2. Party with 5 Tepees (Standard Pickup):    - Total Cost: $4,500 (base package, no additional fees) 3. Party with 7 Tepees (Standard Pickup):    - Base Package: $4,900    - Extra Tepees: (1 x400 = $400)    - Setup Fee: $800    - Pickup Fee: $200    - Total Cost:       4,900 + 400 + 800 + 200 = $6,300 4. Party with 6 Tepees (Sunday Pickup):    - Total Cost:      4,900 + 1,000 = $5,900   5. Party with 10 Tepees (Saturday Pickup):    - Base Package: $4,900    - Extra Tepees: (4 x 400 = $1,600)    - Setup Fee: $1,600    - Pickup Fee: $500    - Total Cost:       4,900 + 1,600 + 1,600 + 500 = $8,600 6. Party with 16 Tepees (Sunday Pickup):    - Base Package: $4,900    - Extra Tepees: (10x400 = $4,000)    - Setup Fee: $1,800    - Sunday Pickup Fee: $1,500    - Total Cost:      4,900 + 4,000 + 1,800 + 1,500 = $12,200 7.
