- Choose Your Package: Details are available below.
- Select Your Theme
- Fill Out a Booking Form: Alternatively, contact us via WhatsApp at 97544081 for quick answers. Note: Bookings are only processed through the form.
- Booking Confirmation: We’ll confirm your booking and invoice you. A $1000 upfront deposit is required to reserve your date, refundable after the party. Full payment is due five days before the event.
- Setup: We’ll arrive to set up your chosen theme at a pre-arranged time. Collection details will also be discussed.

Pickup Options Standard Pickup (Saturday or Monday): - For 3 to 6 Tepees: $0 - For 7 to 9 Tepees: $200 (requires larger van) - For 10 to 14 Tepees: $500 (requires more staff and a larger van) - For 15 Tepees or More: $800 (requires more staff and a larger van) Sunday or Public Holiday Pickup: - For 3 to 6 Tepees: $1,000 - For 7 to 9 Tepees: $1,000 (requires larger van) - For 10 to 14 Tepees: $1,200 (requires more staff and a larger van) - For 15 Tepees or More: $1,500 (requires more staff and a larger van) |
Example Pricing Scenarios 1. Party with 3 Tepees (Standard Pickup): - Total Cost: $3,900 (base package, no additional fees) 2. Party with 5 Tepees (Standard Pickup): - Total Cost: $4,500 (base package, no additional fees) 3. Party with 7 Tepees (Standard Pickup): - Base Package: $4,900 - Extra Tepees: (1 x400 = $400) - Setup Fee: $800 - Pickup Fee: $200 - Total Cost: 4,900 + 400 + 800 + 200 = $6,300 4. Party with 6 Tepees (Sunday Pickup): - Total Cost: 4,900 + 1,000 = $5,900 5.
