Our Pricing Structure
Setup and pack up is easy with The Tepee Tribe. We deliver all tepee tents and assemble and style your choice of theme inside your home. We can provide you a hassle free solution to a sleepover party. We can even do party favours and photo props. All the children need to do is bring their own pillow.
Our packages
Solo option package: 5 tepees and 5 mattresses plus all accessories $3900
(This option is good if you have the space for individual tepees!)
Bestie option package: 3 tepees and 6 mattresses plus all accessories $3900
(this option is best if your space is limited as each tepee tent can accomodate two bedding rolls)
* If you need less or more tepees than one of our packages please do get in touch and we can provide pricing we realise not everyone has loads of space and we are happy to provide for smaller numbers although it is more cost efficient to go for one of our packages- enquiries@thetepeetribe.com
Pricing for 4 tepees and 4 mattresses is $3600
Pricing for 3 tepees and 3 mattresses is $3300
Pricing for 2 tepees and 2 mattresses is $3000
* You can add tepees and bedding rolls to meet your requirements if you have more sleepover guests.
Each additional tepee $150.
Each additional bedding roll $150.
When you are thinking about inviting party guests our advice is less is sometimes more. Think carefully about what you are trying to achieve. It is tempting to invite the entire class! but firstly- do you have the space and secondly will the dynamics of the party work in the way you want it to? 15 children on a sleepover can be a lot and that is a lot of different personalities to accomodate! Be aware that not all children have spent time doing sleepovers and sometimes it can be quite a daunting experience for them if there are huge numbers. We suggest inviting children that you have met and know and that you have also met their parents.
You of course know your child and their friends the best and will know what will work best for you. Parties can be hard work for parents and we aim to take as much of the stress out of planning your child's party as possible. A Tepee Tribe party is a truly memorable experience and should be very special for all the children involved.
