Planning Your Party
Our tepees are suitable for slumber parties, leaving parties, end of year fun get togethers, or if you need to make space for visiting guests- for all children from 7/8 years to teens.
What is the ideal age range for a Tepee Tribe party?
We find that children aged 8 to 13 enjoy our parties the most. However, our setups can be adapted for both younger and older children. You know your child best, so we trust your judgment
How many children should I invite?
We believe that a cosy party of 4 or 5 tepees is often the most fun. While it's tempting to invite the whole class, we recommend considering your space and the group dynamics. A sleepover with 10 children means accommodating many different personalities, which can be intense. Remember, less is often more!

Delivery, Setup & Logistics
Do you offer delivery, setup, and pickup?
We operate all over Hong Kong. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to serve Lantau (DB), Ma Wan, Lamma, and Cheung Chau due to vehicle access
What are your standard hire periods?
Our standard setup and collection times are as follows:
An adult (18+) must be present at both setup and collection to inspect the equipment with our staff.
Why is a $1000 security deposit is required for all bookings?
It secures your date and theme in our diary and is a commitment from you. After collection, if no damages are found, this deposit is fully refunded via PayPal. Damages will result in the deposit being withheld, either in full or pro-rated at our staff's discretion. Damages include tears, stains, broken poles, missing items, or evidence of the equipment being used outdoors.
How should I prepare for your arrival?
Please clear a clean, safe, and tidy floor space for our team before we arrive. Please note that our staff are unable to help move furniture.
Setup & Equipment
How much space is needed for each tepee?
Each tepee requires a floor space of 110cm (width) x 200cm (length). Please see our room layouts page for more ideas
Can the tepees be set up outside?
No. Our parties are designed for indoor use only, as the tepees are not waterproof
How long does setup take?
Setup time depends on the party size. For a party of five tepees, including beds and decorations, please allow between 1 to 1.5 hours.
Is there a minimum number of tepees I can hire?
While our packages are the most cost-effective, it is possible to hire a minimum of 2 tepees. Additional tepees and bedding sets can be added for $400 each.
Can I fit more than one child in a tepee?
No, our tepees are designed for one bedding roll each. The rolls will not fit side-by-side comfortably.
How do you ensure your equipment is clean?
Hygiene is a top priority. All bedding and mattress protectors are laundered after every hire using sensitive washing liquid. All decorative items are disinfected and spot-cleaned as needed
Bookings, Payments & Cancellations
How do I make a booking?
1. Contact us via WhatsApp/Phone at 9754 4081 to check date availability.
2. Secure your date by paying a $1000 refundable security deposit via the PayPal link we send you. This deposit confirms your booking in our diary.
3. Finalise your party by paying the full invoice balance one week before your event (or immediately if your event is less than a week away)
Can I adjust the number of tepees after booking?
We are flexible and understand numbers can change. Please contact us as soon as possible to add more tepees, subject to availability. Please note that we often sell out, so we cannot always accommodate last-minute increases.
What is your payment policy?
We accept payments via PayPal only. Your booking is only confirmed once the security deposit is received. Full payment is required one week prior to the event. We will not set up for any party without advance payment in full

- A comfortable foam mattress with a fitted sheet
- A stylish mini quilt
- Scatter cushions
- A lantern and battery-operated twinkle lights
- Some themes also include a super fluffy blanket or a breakfast table.
Delivery, Setup & Logistics
Do you offer delivery, setup, and pickup?
- Yes! Our service includes delivery, setup, and pickup within the price for parties of up to 6 tepees.
- Parties of 7 or more tepees will incur an additional delivery fee, starting from $800, due to the need for a larger vehicle and increased preparation time.
- New Territories Surcharge: An extra $800 delivery fee applies to all locations in the New Territories.
- Weekend/Public Holiday Surcharge: A surcharge of $1000-$1800 per day applies for deliveries or pickups on a Sunday or public holiday.

- Friday Party: Setup between 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM on Friday. Collection on Saturday morning between 10:00 - 11:00 AM.
- Saturday Party: Setup between 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM on Saturday. Collection on Monday morning between 9:00 - 11:30 AM.
- All timings are approximate and will be confirmed directly with you. For different setup days, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate.
